A Live Virtual Workshop · June 23, 2026
Tuesday, June 23 · 10am–1pm CT · 8–11am PT · 11am–2pm ET · Live on Zoom
Your face holds everything you've carried — your stress, your grief, years of holding things together. This 3-hour ritual is where the return begins.
Reserve Your SpotThe Breath & Beauty Method blends 90 minutes of guided facial sculpting with Sylvia and 60 minutes of breathwork with Neelou. The massage loosens what lives in the fascia. The breath moves what lives in the subtle body. By the time you finish, you've released from every layer.
You'll leave visibly lifted, deeply nourished, and genuinely lighter.
Guided techniques to sculpt, lift, and release tension from the face. Supporting lymphatic flow, circulation, and visible radiance.
A three-part breath practice to release old patterns, clear stagnant energy, and restore deep balance in the nervous system.
Come back slowly. Share if you feel called to. Leave grounded and clear.
30-day access to the recording. House 11 members receive lifetime access.
No filter. No filler. Just hands, oil, and intention.
Our workshop is different. In three hours you'll have practiced — really practiced — two of the most effective tools for releasing what the body holds. Not watched someone else do it. Not taken notes. Done it yourself, in real time, with live support and guidance.
The facial massage and the breathwork are designed to work together.
The massage loosens what lives in the fascia; the breath moves what lives in the subtle body.
You'll leave with:
This isn't a workshop you take once and forget. It's the beginning of a more authentic relationship with your own body. An invitation to wholly nourish yourself — body, heart, and spirit.
Guided facial massage and sculpting — learning to use your own hands to release tension, soften holding patterns, and restore circulation and lymphatic flow. You'll feel and see the difference before the session ends.
Rest, hydrate, and integrate before we drop deeper.
Active breathwork using a three-part technique — two inhales, one exhale — to oxygenate the body, release energetic blockages, and move through what the facial work has already begun to loosen. Expect emotional release, deep calm, and a quality of openness that's hard to describe until you've felt it.
Come back slowly. Share if you feel called to. Ask questions. Leave with clarity on how to continue both practices at home.
Neelou is the founder of SMUDGED and author of The Art of Sacred Smoke. With certifications in breathwork, Hatha yoga, and Kundalini yoga, she has spent over seven years leading transformational workshops for individuals, groups, and corporations across the US, Canada, and Europe. Her work has been featured in Harper's Bazaar, US Weekly, and New York Metro, with products carried by Nordstrom, Whole Foods, and Free People. She lives in Austin, Texas.
Sylvia grew up immersed in movement, music, and natural living. When her mother fell ill, it set her on a path toward holistic healing — one she's been deepening ever since. She is a certified holistic health coach, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator, and the creator of the Breath & Beauty Method: a practice that weaves facial sculpting, breathwork, and somatic movement into a single experience for radiant skin, emotional release, and nervous system balance. Polish-American by heritage, she splits her time between New York and Tulum.
Breathwork is an experience rooted in wholeness. It uses the breath to release old patterns, clear stagnant energy, and restore balance in the body. Practicing in a group — whether in person or on Zoom — creates a collective healing energy that facilitates transformation often impossible to access alone.
The style Neelou facilitates is a three-part breath: two inhales, followed by an exhale. Simple. Accessible. And profoundly effective at restoring the natural flow of Qi — oxygenating areas that need attention and supporting the release of energetic blockages, past trauma, stress, and stagnation.

Not at all. Both Neelou and Sylvia guide you through every step. This workshop is designed to be accessible whether you're completely new or have been practicing for years.
Breathwork can bring up emotions and physical sensations — that's part of the release. Neelou holds space with care and years of experience, and you are always in control of your own breath. You can soften or pause at any time.
The replay will be available within 24 hours. Standard and Pay-in-3 registrants receive 30-day access. House 11 members receive lifetime access to the recording.
This workshop is open to everyone. The practices are universal — breath and facial tension do not discriminate.
The workshop takes place live on Zoom. You'll receive the link upon registration.
