Guided facial massage and sculpting — learning to use your own hands to release tension, soften holding patterns, and restore circulation and lymphatic flow. You'll feel and see the difference before the session ends.

Rest, hydrate, and integrate before we drop deeper.

Breathwork with Neelou — 60 min

Active breathwork using a three-part technique — two inhales, one exhale — to oxygenate the body, release energetic blockages, and move through what the facial work has already begun to loosen. Expect emotional release, deep calm, and a quality of openness that's hard to describe until you've felt it.

Neelou is the founder of SMUDGED and author of The Art of Sacred Smoke. With certifications in breathwork, Hatha yoga, and Kundalini yoga, she has spent over seven years leading transformational workshops for individuals, groups, and corporations across the US, Canada, and Europe. Her work has been featured in Harper's Bazaar, US Weekly, and New York Metro, with products carried by Nordstrom, Whole Foods, and Free People. She lives in Austin, Texas.

Sylvia grew up immersed in movement, music, and natural living. When her mother fell ill, it set her on a path toward holistic healing — one she's been deepening ever since. She is a certified holistic health coach, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator, and the creator of the Breath & Beauty Method: a practice that weaves facial sculpting, breathwork, and somatic movement into a single experience for radiant skin, emotional release, and nervous system balance. Polish-American by heritage, she splits her time between New York and Tulum.

Breathwork is an experience rooted in wholeness. It uses the breath to release old patterns, clear stagnant energy, and restore balance in the body. Everything you need to know.

Do I need any experience with breathwork or facial massage?

Not at all. Both Neelou and Sylvia guide you through every step. This workshop is designed to be accessible whether you're completely new or have been practicing for years.

What do I need to have on hand?

  • A clean face — Please come with freshly cleansed skin and minimal or no makeup if possible.
  • Clean hands — Please wash your hands before the session, as we'll be working closely with your face throughout the sculpting massage.
  • Something to tie or clip your hair back — A hair tie, clip, or headband will help keep your hair comfortably away from your face.
  • A facial oil — We'll be using facial oil throughout the sculpting massage. Jojoba, argan, rose oil, or any face oil you enjoy.
  • Loose, comfortable clothing — You'll be working beneath your chest area; oil may get on your clothing — dress accordingly.
  • Water — Drinking water before and after supports circulation and lymphatic flow.

Will breathwork be intense?

Breathwork can bring up emotions and physical sensations — that's part of the release. Neelou holds space with care and years of experience, and you are always in control of your own breath. You can soften or pause at any time.

What if I can't attend live?

The replay will be available within 24 hours. Standard and Pay-in-3 registrants receive 30-day access. House 11 members receive lifetime access to the recording.

Is this workshop only for women?

This workshop is open to everyone. The practices are universal — breath and facial tension do not discriminate.
